How to Order
It really is in everybody’s best interest to put your request for a quote or an estimate in an email, that way, there is a date and a record of it, as well the chances of a request being forgotten or overlooked or misunderstood is completely eradicated. Taking a phone-call can at the best of times be harried, say for instance I am driving and I can’t take down the particulars of your request, or I am with a customer, or busy on a job, I may UN-intentionally not give you the attention you deserve.
You can send an email or use the form below for your convenience. If you prefer the form, please make sure you type your email in correctly, as the form doesn’t check for that, and if there is a typo, I can’t reply to you.
If you choose to send an email, I need to know the exact details of what you require an estimate for. It would save a lot of time, especially if you are in a hurry for the estimate, otherwise my reply would not be the estimate you are waiting for, but questions on the details of your request. For example simply stating you want an estimate for 300 pad-printed pens, is bound to get you a questionnaire as a reply.
The other option in stead of doing it this way, would be to work on a basic figure which would apply to all estimates of the same nature. In the case of the pens, I would then work out an estimate based on the average cost of average pens and average priced ink etc. and that estimate would go out to all requests for quotes on pad-printed pens. But you might not want that, you might already have pens in mind, or you might already have ink. I need to know these details when working out your estimate in order to give you a fair estimate. For example; who will be supplying the pens? If you already have a supplier that you get pens from, then that could potentially reduce your estimate by quite a bit, as then the cost of the pens would be excluded.
Other than the sublimation items (excluding the cotton t/shirts on that list), you are welcome to supply the products to be printed on yourself, which could save you on your quote, you can also supply your own cotton t/shirts if you have a preferred supplier.
